I've just released a new version of the bot which includes new commands (like !qkick/!kick/!kickban) and other enhancements/bug fixes.

I've hit a financial mess this month and I can't afford to run the server, so for april there will be no CoD4 for you guys

Work fucked up my wages, I'm going on holiday to Florida on the 19th and the day I land back I'm moving house 70 miles south.

Hl2:dm and the IRC/Teamspeak etc will still be available.. also the website isn't going anywhere and hopefully May will see the return of our CoD4 server but I can't promise anything unless we get some community funding from you guys.

I won't be around much in the later half of this month with all this going on so I'll leave you in the capable hands of my staff, if you run into any problems and need to speak to me personally leave me a Private message on here, I'll be checking in every now and then.

The latest version of CoD4CBot (0.8.2) has been released.

This update features a few bug fixes, and adds channel key support to the bot.

For a full list of changes please visit here. Server owners already running a previous version of CoD4CBot can use the !update NOW command for an autoupdate of the bot.

So far only a couple of bugs have been found and fixed which is great news but we would like much more input for the next few releases and updates of the irc cod4 log bot.

We've had over 200 downloads of the tool and only one suggestion so get your thinking caps on and leave a comment in the forums suggestion section!

Signing up for the tool is mandatory once again but you can read the readme without having to register to decide if you want it.

Coming soon will be !kick/!ban commands, a stats system (medals/reccomendations) and other enhancements visually.

For those of you not familiar with the Frag Fest, the rules are simple; The player with the highest total number of kills between 6pm and Midnight GMT wins. The kills are logged via a script from IRC, the number of deaths does NOT affect the final scores.

We are just a few short days away from a public Beta release of CoD4CBot, an IRC log bot for Call of duty 4: Modern warfare multiplayer servers.

The bot enables you to see in real time what is happening in game. It shows Main chat and team chat, kills, deaths, round changes, map changes, game info (number of persons in game + map + mode) and can be fully customised in the colours you desire. Surplus to the output features it also utilises the rcon protocol fully, for administration purposes.
